Chicken Bones which is edible … no joke!
- During our Bali holiday trip recently, we told our driver to bring us some special and good food which the locals favour.
- So he brought us to this Ayam Tulang Lunak Malioboro which is quite famous name in Bali, for their pressurized cooked chickens resulted in really, really soft bones, to the point of being edible!
- The restaurant was clean, and equipped with air-conditioners … they have external open-air dining area too …

Corn Soup … really good stuff … the soup taste very sweet with strong corn flavour in it …
Definitely far from street food-pricing range but the food was good and tasty … something special to try out in Indonesia.
Fried Taufu’s with spicy sambal … jeng yeh ler … the taufu is crispy and nice to go with the sambal …
Shucks, din know fried vegetables also comes with the spicy sambal … anyway the sambal was not that spicy to me … taste really good when u mixed the sambal with the veges …
Ayam Presto Telur Asin – No joke, we really chewed, gnawed and swallowed all those embedded calcium, bone marrows and all.
